Hattie Larlham spotlights ability for National Developmental Disabilities Awareness month

Yellow for Ability

March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month. This nation-wide celebration is a great opportunity for you, our friends, donors and volunteers to help create awareness and support our mission.

This month, we’re putting the spotlight on ability. We’re using the color yellow to represent every one we serve and everything they can do. Yellow is vibrant. Yellow is energetic. Yellow is the color of ability.

Share our posts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. Show your family and friends you support people with disabilities, but more importantly, you believe in ability.

Support Hattie Larlham

Please consider making an online donation to Hattie Larlham in honor of Developmental Disabilities Awareness month. By doing so, you help us to create opportunities for the people we serve to discover their abilities. With your help, we can transform ‘you can’t do this’ into ‘I Am Able’ for children and adults with disabilities. Hattie Larlham creates opportunities for 1,800 children and adults with disabilities to live, learn, work, play and thrive in their community.
